A classic spot-the-difference game. Two nearly identical forest pictures are full of trees, flowers, mushrooms, bunnies, snails, ducks, birds, butterflies and balloons. Between them hide 3 to 7 differences; tap one and it gets a red circle. Find them all to finish the level.
The kinds of differences grow slowly: first something is missing, a different colour, or swapped for something else; then things get bigger or smaller or turn the other way; later come small details like the spots on a mushroom, apples on a tree or the pattern on a butterfly's wings.
There are 4 scenes and 24 levels: Forest Path, Flower Meadow, Autumn Hill and Starry Night. Every picture is generated by code and checked so that each difference is visible, not hidden behind anything, and not too close to another one. After that, Random Pictures (Easy, Medium, Hard) makes a new picture every time.
How to play
- Tap "Play!", or choose a level from "Levels".
- Compare the two pictures: on a phone held upright they are one above the other; sideways or on a computer they sit side by side. The dots at the top show how many differences there are.
- When you see a difference, tap it in either picture. A correct tap circles it in both pictures; tapping a spot that is the same just makes a small ripple and costs nothing.
- Stuck? Tap the Magnifier: the first time it circles the general area, and tapping again circles the exact spot. You can use it as often as you like.
- When every dot is lit, the level is done and the next one opens.
Controls
- Phone / tablet: tap the spot that is different, in either picture (top or bottom, left or right).
- Mouse: click on a picture, just like tapping.
- Keyboard: arrow keys move the blue dashed circle, Enter or Space "taps" where it is; H for the magnifier hint; Esc for the level list.
For parents
- Designed for ages 6–8 and fine for 9–12: it builds careful observation, visual comparison and focus, and naturally practises ideas like colour, size, direction and quantity. Early levels have big, obvious differences; later scenes are busier with smaller changes that make grown-ups look twice.
- No timer, no failure and no penalty for wrong taps. After a few misses the game only gently suggests the magnifier. Hints are unlimited and cost nothing.
- No chat, in-app purchases, ads or outbound links, and nothing to type in. Progress and sound settings are stored only in this device's browser; music and sound effects can be turned off separately.
